RETURNED ORDERS
If a package is returned back to us as 'not called for' or for any other reason, we will notify you via your registered email address. If you do not re-arrange delivery with us, within 28 days of the notice, we will dispose of your package and no refund or compensation will be available to you.
RETURNS
Non-Personalised orders
We want you to be delighted with your order from elliecharles.co.uk however if for any reason you wish to return your items, please do so within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange
All items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
Goods that are not faulty will be returned at your cost.
This cancellation right does not apply in the case of:
(a) any Personalised Products that have been sent for production
(b) any perishable Products; and
Personalised Orders
All printed and engraved items are non-returnable due to the bespoke nature. These are considered personalised goods made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold to anyone else.
If you are not happy with your order please contact us within 48hours of delivery and we will investigate this immediately. Claims after that period will not be honoured.
If the item arrives damaged or we have made an error with the order, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you. Please email photographs of the damage including the packaging to info@elliecharles.co.uk we will prioritise the replacement of your order.
Please ensure that all personalisation is correct before placing an order as we cannot replace or refund incorrect orders.
Once the order is submitted and has been processed for printing or engraving you will be committed to the order and will not be able to return the item due to the customised nature of the products we offer since they cannot be resold.
