We offer multiple delivery options; please check your shopping cart for the estimated delivery dates.

When will my order be dispatched?

Unless otherwise stated in the shopping cart, personalised items will be dispatched within 3 working days.  Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.

When will my order arrive?

Please note that all delivery times are estimates, they may arrive before or after these estimates but most will arrive within the given timeframe.

Usually arrives 1-2 days after despatch

Usually arrives 2-3 days after despatch

You will receive an email from us once your order has been despatched, with your tracking details.  This is when timescales will begin.

Please note Royal Mail advise that delivery to some remote areas of the UK, such as Northern Scotland and outlying islands may take longer than stated.

Postage times are all estimated and are not guaranteed.  They may be affected by factors over which we have no control over.

What is Royal Mail Tracked?

When your parcel is despatched from us, you will receive a Royal Mail Tracking number and link in an email, you can use this to check the status of your delivery.

You will receive a confirmation email and text on the morning Royal Mail is due to deliver (if you have provided this to us).  You will then receive an email/text when your parcel has been delivered.  If Royal Mail are unable to deliver, a calling and will be left at your address with the next steps to arrange collection, or you can visit the Royal Mail link to arrange re-delivery or delivery to a local post office.

Can I send my gift directly to someone?

We include the sales invoice’s please let us know in the special requests section if this is a gift and you do not require the invoice.

Returns

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of personalised gifts unless the products are faulty. Please contact us and we will try to solve the problem.
