Each board is carefully handcrafted from either a branch or truck of a mature olive tree that has come to the end of its fruit bearing life.
The cutting board is carefully engraved using high-quality machinery, ensuring a lasting finish that will endure for years to come.
Available in either a traditional rectangle (which has 4 straight sides) or a contemporary rustic live edge.
Once engraved to your requirements the wood is treated in mineral oil
The rustic boards are beautifully unique with a natural shape and wood grain of the olive wood tree it has come from. Please not not all of the rustic boards will have the trunk attached as during the drying process, it is normal for some or all of the bark to fall off, but there are occasions where the bark has a good enough grip and stays on.
Care instructions: Store in a cool and dry place and hand wash with warm, light soapy water. Treat often with olive or any other food grade oil.
